1.All fighters and corners that are not licensed with ISKA fill out your applications and return with $30 payment using the QR code on each application by 5pm on Wednesday before your fight. This will help make weigh-ins go much faster. Send to the email that is on each form.

 

2. Fill out and return bout history for fighters that have 5 fights or more for no gear approval by Wednesday at 5pm before your fight. ISKA WILL NOT accept at weigh ins.

 

3. Download the full physical form for fighters that get their physical from their own doctor, or fill out and bring to get your physical done at the weigh ins.
